Trade Sales are subject to trade pricing and bear no warranty for parts or labour, but are vehicles which are sold as seen.

The buyer agrees to pay the set price on the agreed date and acknowledges that the item is ‘sold as seen’, tried and approved by the purchaser
without any representations, warranties or conditions express or
implied whatsoever.

The vehicle sold and all relevant details will be represented in the Bill of Sale, signed by the purchaser and representative of EVCI Limited on or around the date of cleared funds.
